At the beginning of 2020, the world underwent an enormous and devastating change. An invisible enemy insidiously crept into all our lives, forcing us to reconsider our way of life and abandon many of the habits we held dear. However, it did not succeed in taking away our desire to fight back and continue moving forward with our ideas. We will get back on our feet and start again, stronger and more aware than before.
And it is this awareness that has given life to #GoOnLab, a project that aims to encourage, stimulate and make it possible to create new ideas, brought
about by the desire to carry on and move forward, with the assistance of a team of professionals. #GoOnLab is particularly focussed on artisans and small and medium-sized enterprises in the fashion sector and people who want to invest in the property market.
The members of our team, each with their specific areas of expertise, will discuss clients’ new investment ideas in a dedicated space, where it will also be possible to meet virtually, with the aid of a cooperative open innovation platform, thus removing the barriers of distance with a completely original arrangement. Our inspiration aims at innovation.
Fashion law
As far as the fashion sector is concerned, the #GoOnLab project aims to guide entrepreneurs towards reorganizing the way they manage their businesses, in order to obtain greater visibility for their activity whilst reducing costs and increasing profits, by means of marketing, business oriented advice and legal advice aimed at contracts, including international ones.
In particular, we will assist our clients in all the phases of design, production, distribution and promotion of their products and services, the protection of their brand and the management of litigation, and also with drawing up distribution contracts,
trademarks, the rental of venues for exhibitions and fashion shows, co-branding, and franchising.
#GoOnLab suggests opening an online shop, which does not require a lot of space, or premises that are open to the public. The sale and promotion of the product will take place through a platform, which will be managed and run by the members of the #GoOnLab Team, who will develop scalable web projects progressively as the initial objectives are reached, depending on the needs of the customer. Using the platform, the entrepreneur will be able to meet customers and advise them about which garments to choose.
Real Estate
In the property sector, the #GoOnLab Team will assist investors in all the most delicate phases of buying and selling, from the due diligence phase to the exchange of contracts. It will advise them about the feasibility of their investment, both in Italy and abroad, and if necessary about the type of financing that can be obtained to reach their objectives. Depending on the investment budget, the professionals of #GoOnLab will also be able to advise and assist them during the design, demolition, construction, decorating and furnishing stages, with turnkey projects. Clients will be able to understand all the phases, as well as the progress of the works, through a dedicated platform.
If the objective of the client is to spend some time in a luxurious residence in Sicily or abroad, the members of the #GoOnLab Team, each with their own area of expertise, will support them at every stage, both legally and with any other needs they may have.
